Roll With It Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Roll With It, LLC! We’re excited to assist with your dumpster rental needs. To ensure a smooth process, please review our terms and conditions below:

1. Agreement

By renting a dumpster from Roll With It, LLC, renter agrees to these terms and conditions and any related documents like quotes, proposals, or invoices. These terms apply to all rentals, whether commercial or residential. Any additional terms renter includes in the rental request are not accepted unless Roll With It, LLC specifically agrees to them.

2. Ordering Process

Once Roll With It accepts your order, a rental agreement is formed.

3. Delivery and Pickup

We strive for timely delivery and pickup, but delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen issues. We cannot guarantee exact times or dates. If we can’t deliver or pick up the dumpster due to obstacles or issues at renter's location (such as overloaded dumpsters, low power lines, or locked gates), a $150 inconvenience fee may apply. 

If renter needs Roll With It, LLC to return to site to pick up any items not placed in the dumpster, there will be an additional $50 fee if the site is within a 30-mile radius. For locations beyond this radius, additional fees may apply based on distance. Please ensure all waste is placed inside the dumpster to avoid this fee.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed on our website and confirmed at the time of your order. Payment is due upon receipt of rental order, no later than on the day of service upon dumpster delivery. Late payments are subject to the following fees:

• Over 14 Days: A 10% late fee will be added to the invoice.
• Over 30 Days: An additional $20 per week late fee will be charged.

If payment remains outstanding beyond 60 days, we may take legal action to recover the amount due. This could include collection agency involvement or court proceedings, and you may be responsible for all related costs, including legal fees.

5. Cancellations

Rental may cancel the rental order without penalty up to 7 days prior to scheduled rental start. If renter cancels within 7 days prior to scheduled rental start but before 3:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled delivery, a $50 cancellation fee can incur. Cancellations after 3:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled delivery can incur a $100 fee.

6. Weight Limits and Overload Fees

Each dumpster has a weight limit. Please ensure your load stays within this limit. Excess weight can lead to extra charges and fines. If Roll With It, LLC incurs additional costs due to overloaded dumpsters, a $50 fee per ton of excess weight will apply.

7. Prohibited Items

Certain items can’t be disposed of in Roll With It dumpsters due to legal and safety regulations. These include:

• Railroad ties
• Chemically treated wood
• Paints and solvents
• Oils and asbestos
• Hazardous waste and toxic materials
• Concrete, rock, sod and other heavy material

Renter is responsible for ensuring these items aren’t placed in the dumpster. If prohibited items are found, renter may face additional charges or penalties.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Access and Space: Ensure the delivery area is accessible and free of obstacles. Provide enough space for the dumpster and our equipment.
• Proper Use: Only use the dumpster for acceptable waste. Avoid overloading and ensure waste is contained within the dumpster to prevent spillage.
• Notification: Contact Roll With It, LLC if you need to extend your rental period or if any issues arise with the dumpster.

9. Safety and Usage Guidelines

• Loading: Use ramps provided for safe loading and unloading. Avoid placing hazardous materials or items that could cause damage.
•  Disclaimer: Roll With It, LLC is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur while loading or unloading the dumpster. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure safe handling and loading practices. 

10. Equipment Handling

Upon delivery of the dumpster to the location designated, no person shall move, transport, or attempt to move or transport (either directly or indirectly) the dumpster from the designated site.

11. Liability and Damages

Renter is responsible for any damage to the dumpster during the rental period. This includes any costs associated with repairs or replacement of damaged equipment.

12. Modifications and Amendments

Roll With It, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to the renter.

13. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Information collected during the rental process is used solely for providing our services and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

14. Media Use Content

By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant Roll With It, LLC permission to take photos or videos of the dumpster rental and related activities. These images or videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without any compensation or royalties due to you.
